5-year workmanship warranty

Example Roofing Co. warrants its roofing workmanship against defects in installation for five (5) years from the date of completion.

What's covered

Leaks or failures caused by how we installed the roof: flashing, fasteners, underlayment, ventilation and shingle or panel placement.

What's not covered

Material defects (covered by the manufacturer's warranty), damage from storms, falling limbs, foot traffic, or work done by others after we finished.

How to make a claim

Call (423) 555-0142 or email us with your address and a description of the problem. We'll inspect and repair covered defects at no charge.

Manufacturer warranty terms, eligibility and registration requirements apply and are separate from this workmanship warranty.
