It depends on the roof's age, how widespread the damage is, and the condition of the decking underneath. After the inspection we'll show you photos and explain both options with pricing in writing. Many roofs we look at only need a repair.
Do you work with insurance companies?
We can inspect your roof, document damage with photos, provide a repair estimate, and meet your adjuster at the property if you ask us to. We do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and you are responsible for your deductible.
Can you pay or waive my deductible?
No. Your deductible is your responsibility under your policy, and several states make it illegal for a roofer to pay, waive or rebate it.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements take one to two days once materials are on site, depending on the size of the roof, the pitch, and whether decking needs to be replaced. We'll give you a schedule with the estimate.
